Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence 3 yr. Old Care

At Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence, our curriculum for 3-year-olds is designed to build on the foundational skills developed in earlier years, promoting further growth in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. We aim to create a stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and develop a love for learning.  This curriculum is designed to provide a balanced and comprehensive learning experience for 3-year-olds, ensuring they are well-prepared for the next stages of their educational journey 

• Activities: Sorting and classifying objects, simple science experiments, and early math games.
• Goals: Enhance critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and understanding of basic concepts like shapes, colors, and numbers

• Activities: Storytelling, rhyming games, and interactive discussions.
• Goals: Expand vocabulary, improve sentence structure, and encourage expressive and receptive language skills.

• Activities: Cooperative games, role-playing, and group projects.
• Goals: Foster empathy, teamwork, self-awareness, and emotional regulation

• Activities: Outdoor play, dance and movement activities, and fine motor skill exercises like cutting and drawing.
• Goals: Improve coordination, balance, and fine motor skills, promoting overall physical health.

• Activities: Arts and crafts, music and dance, and imaginative play.
• Goals: Encourage creativity, self-expression, and appreciation for the arts

• Morning Circle Time: Welcome songs, calendar activities, and weather discussions.
• Learning Centers: Rotating stations with activities focused on different developmental areas.
• Snack Time: Healthy snacks to refuel and socialize.
• Outdoor Play: Time for physical activity and exploration.
• Storytime: Engaging stories to enhance language skills and imagination.
• Nap Time: Rest period to recharge for the afternoon.
• Afternoon Activities: Continuation of learning centers, creative projects, and group games.

Monthly Themes: Each month, we introduce a new theme to keep learning exciting and relevant. Themes may include topics like animals, seasons, family, and community helpers.

Assessment & Communication: We regularly assess each child’s progress and provide updates to parents through newsletters and parent-teacher meetings. Our goal is to ensure every child is on track and thriving in their development.
