Nido Classroom

Nido means 'nest' — and that's exactly what your baby's first classroom feels like. Warm, calm, and built for bonding.

What Your Child Gets

Everything your child needs. Nothing they don't.

KALE's infant care program is built around the Whole-Child Development Framework — covering all 8 early learning domains through intentional, joyful, research-backed teaching every single day.

🤱

Primary Caregiver Model

Each infant is assigned a primary teacher who knows your baby's cues, schedule, and personality — building the trust that supports all future learning.

📱

Daily Brightwheel Updates

Photos, feeding logs, diaper changes, sleep times, and milestones delivered to your phone in real time all day long.

🧸

Sensory-Rich Environment

Age-appropriate sensory materials, tummy time stations, mirrors, and soft play areas designed to stimulate development through safe exploration.

🍼

Feeding Support

We follow your baby's home feeding schedule — breastfed or formula. We accept breast milk and coordinate closely with each family.

😴

Safe Sleep Standards

KALE follows Virginia DECS safe sleep guidelines. Every baby has their own assigned crib with firm, flat sleep surfaces.

📚

Experience Baby™ Curriculum

A nationally recognized infant curriculum built on 23 foundational skills — relationship-based, play-driven, individualized for each child's pace.

A Day in the Life

Structure that supports learning.

Predictable routines give children a sense of safety and belonging — the foundation for all learning. Here's what a typical day looks like.

Infant schedules are individualized — we follow your baby's natural rhythms, not a rigid group clock.
